This course is designed for medical professionals and beauty therapists NVQ 3 looking to develop within Aesthetics and be able to safely perform injectable treatments on clients in more precarious areas. Pre requisites’ – must be able to provide foundation certificate in dermal fillers. Non medics must hold an NVQ level 3 in Beauty Therapy (Facials), BABTAC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or be a Dental Therapist/Hygienist.

COURSE OBJECTIVE The purpose of this training course is to teach aesthetic practitioners the skills to administer Hyaluronic Acid and Hyaluronidase to the upper & lower portion of the face safely and effectively to clients.

HOW THIS WILL BE ACHIEVED

Students must demonstrate a good theoretical knowledge and understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the face as well as the clinical reasoning underpinning of administering Dermal Filler and Dermal Filler Dissolvent. This will be achieved by face to face teaching of theory.
